In a career that is well into its third decade, Nick Assef has done a lot for client businesses throughout the entire world. Following his studies at Harvard Business School, where he obtained a Post Graduate degree in Valuation, he went to the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester and completed a Masters in Business Administration degree. That’s not all of the education he has, however; he also holds a Bachelor of Law Honors degree in 1992 from Bond University Law School and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from University of Technology Sydney. In fact, previous to founding Lincoln Crowne & Company Pty. Limited, he spent some time as a corporate attorney with Allen, Allen & Hemsley in Sydney.
Soon after his time as a lawyer, Nicholas Assef founded Lincoln Crowne, which has since grown into a very prestigious investment firm. These days, he serves as the firm’s Executive Director, as well as a Senior Analyst. While Nicholas Assef and Lincoln Crowne are specialists in the Australian and South East Asian markets, he and they actually have a significant level of experience and expertise working in many other business areas, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, valuation, growth strategies, shareholder rights, and strategic due diligence.
Nicholas Assef tends to take an approach best described as "tenacious" and that provides clients with solutions designed to maximize shareholder value. Nicholas Assef's business philosophy is found in Lincoln Crowne's core principles; they provide clients not only with deal making expertise, but also innovative thinking, deep commercial & financial judgment and clear independent advice. Nick Assef understands that clients hire him for a lot more than basic services. In fact, most who hire him have a specific outcome in mind. That is the main reason he tends to be “tenacious” in style and why his solutions are always geared to maximizing the client’s shareholder value.
