Even before he gains so much career Nicholas Assef gained plenty of education. Besides a coveted Post Graduate degree in Valuation from the prestigious Harvard Business School, he also earned an MBA at the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School. His education wasn’t just in business, however. He also holds a Bachelor of Law Honors degree from Bond University Law School and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from University of Technology Sydney.
Before he went on to establish Lincoln Crowne & Company Pty. Limited, a very prominent investment firm, Nicholas Assef was a corporate attorney with Allen, Allen & Hemsley in Sydney. Now, he serves as Lincoln Crowne’s Executive Director and Senior Analyst, where he has become very successful as a specialist in the Australian and South East Asian markets. Over the years, he has gained a high level of expertise in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, valuation, growth strategies, shareholder rights, and strategic due diligence.
