Nicholas Assef is the founder of Lincoln Crowne & Company Pty. Limited, a very prominent investment firm, where he also serves as Executive Director and Senior Analyst. Mr. Assef and Lincoln Crowne are specialists in the Australian and South East Asian markets and he has a tremendous amount of experience and expertise in a number of areas, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, valuation, growth strategies, shareholder rights, and strategic due diligence. Over more than 25 years, Nicholas Assef has built up an extensive body of experience in the corporate world, the legal profession and even in the academic world.
 
He has done a lot since studying at Harvard Business School, where he earned a Post Graduate degree in Valuation and completing a Master of Business Administration at the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester in New York. He also holds a Bachelor of Law Honors degree in 1992 from Bond University Law School and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from University of Technology Sydney. Long before he founded Lincoln Crowne, he was a corporate attorney with Allen, Allen & Hemsley in Sydney before he turned his attention to investment banking.
